The quote will be calculated based on the information provided.

Where the information is incomplete or incorrect, the price may have to be revised if circumstances objectively different from those communicated arise during the service.

3. Packing

Packing will only be included where expressly stated in the quote.

Where the customer does their own packing, they must use suitable materials and protect the items properly.

CityFurgo may warn about insufficient packing before transporting certain goods.

4. Dismantling and assembly

Dismantling and assembly work will only be included where expressly stated in the quote.

No work will be carried out on electrical, gas, water or other technical installations unless a qualified professional is expressly hired for it.

5. Items of special value

The customer must inform in advance of items of special economic, artistic, historical or sentimental value.

CityFurgo may establish special conditions for transporting them or request that they be transported by a specialist.

6. Fragile items

Fragile items must be properly packed, unless the packing service has been expressly contracted with CityFurgo.

7. Fixed furniture and elements

The customer must report furniture or elements fixed to walls, floors, ceilings or installations.

Removing fixed elements may require additional work.

8. Pre-existing damage

Where an item shows damage, defects, wear or prior deterioration, CityFurgo may record this before handling it.

The existence of prior damage will not affect the customer's rights for additional damage attributable to CityFurgo.

9. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address stated in the quote.

The customer must provide the necessary access and be available, or designate an authorised person to receive the goods.

10. Incidents during the removal

Where unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the price, timing or manner of performance, CityFurgo will inform the customer whenever reasonably possible.

11. Damage reservations

The customer must report any visible damage at the time of delivery.

For non-apparent damage, the periods established by the applicable specific regulations will apply.

12. Legal framework

These specific removal terms will be interpreted together with the legislation applicable to removal contracts and with CityFurgo's General Terms and Conditions.
