Man and van in Barcelona

What is a man and van service?

It's the simplest way to move things without hiring a vehicle or driving it yourself: CityFurgo provides the van and the driver, and you just tell us what needs moving and where. No driving around Barcelona, no looking for parking and no returning the vehicle afterwards.

It's booked by the hour, so it works just as well for a single piece of furniture as for a small move: you pay for the time the job takes and nothing else.

Hourly price

The rate is from €34 to €42 per hour plus VAT (€41.14 to €50.82 including VAT), depending on the day of the week and the start time. All rates are published in the price calendar and are the same for every customer.

Price examples including VAT, from the cheapest to the most expensive hour:

• 1 hour: €41.14 – €50.82
• 2 hours: €82.28 – €101.64
• 3 hours: €123.42 – €152.46

There is no travel surcharge within the same municipality. If the pickup and drop-off are in different municipalities, €0.50/km is added based on the distance, calculated automatically when you book. A minimum of one hour is charged and, after that, every minute actually worked, at the rate of your booking.

What people use it for

• Small moves: a studio, a room or a flat with few belongings. For a whole home, see our removals in Barcelona.
• Single items and appliances: a sofa, a bed, a wardrobe or a washing machine. More in transport and small jobs.
• Shop collections: purchases that don't fit in your car or second-hand furniture.
• Clearing a storage room or garage.
• Office or shop equipment: see office removals.

Three ways to book it

• Transport only: you load and unload, we do the driving. You book the hours you need.
• Transport with help: the driver helps you carry things down and up, load and unload, for €17 + VAT extra per hour; or comes with a helper and the two of them carry your things down and up for €38 + VAT extra per hour. You also book the hours you need.
• Full removal: we take care of everything and prepare a tailored quote for you on WhatsApp.
