1. Personalised quotes
CityFurgo works mainly through personalised quotes.
The price depends on the specific characteristics of each service.
For this reason, two apparently similar removals or transport jobs may have different prices.
2. What can the price include?
Depending on the quote, the price may include:
- Vehicle.
- Driver.
- Workers.
- Working time.
- Loading.
- Unloading.
- Transport.
- Dismantling.
- Assembly.
- Packing.
- Packing materials.
- Travel.
- Tolls.
- Other services.
The quote will clearly state which items are included.
3. Hourly rates and price calendar
The hourly rate depends on the day of the week and the start time of the service, and ranges from €34 to €42 per hour plus VAT (from €41.14 to €50.82 per hour including VAT).
The full table is published and accessible before contracting in the price calendar. The rate for a given day and time is fixed: it is the same for all customers and does not vary between visits.
4. Taxes
Prices aimed at consumers are shown including taxes. When a rate is advertised without VAT (for example, €34 per hour), the amount including 21% VAT is always shown next to it, and the total given by the calculator is always the total including taxes.
The invoice will break down the taxable base and the tax separately in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
5. Website calculator price
The amount given by the cityfurgo.es calculator results from multiplying the hours of service by the published rate for the chosen day and time.
With the “transport only” option, where the customer states how many hours they need, the amount corresponds to those booked hours.
With the “transport with help” option the customer also states the hours, and a supplement is added to each hour’s rate: €17 + VAT if the driver helps carry things down and up, load and unload, or €38 + VAT if the driver comes with a helper.
A “full removal” is not priced on the website: it is quoted individually via WhatsApp.
Only services starting at least one hour after the time of booking (Spanish peninsular time) can be booked online.
In all cases, if the service needs more time than planned, the hours actually worked will be invoiced, and the customer will be informed before the planned time is exceeded.
6. Fixed price
Where CityFurgo offers a fixed price, that price will apply to the service and conditions described in the quote.
The price may change if the customer requests additional services or if the actual conditions are substantially different from those initially communicated, always within the applicable legal limits.
7. Time-based price
Where the service is contracted by the hour, the quote will state:
- Applicable rate.
- Minimum number of hours, if any.
- Calculation method.
- Time included.
- Price of each additional period.
- Additional costs, if any.
Waiting time attributable to the customer may be considered service time where this has been communicated in advance and is legally appropriate.
8. Advance payment
CityFurgo may request an advance payment to confirm a booking.
The amount of the advance payment will be stated before contracting.
9. Final payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the outstanding amount must be paid before, during or immediately after the service is completed, using the method stated in the quote.
10. Additional services
No additional service requested by the customer should be carried out without informing, where possible, of the corresponding additional price.
11. Invoicing
CityFurgo will issue the corresponding invoice in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
12. Non-payment
Failure to pay amounts due may lead to the suspension of pending services and to the claiming of the amounts owed in accordance with applicable legislation.
13. Promotions
Promotions will be subject to the specific conditions stated in each offer.
Promotions may not be interpreted as a change to the consumer's legal rights.
