Where the quote depends on information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for correctly communicating the relevant circumstances of the service.

When the booking is made through the website's calculator, the date and time are reserved at the moment CityFurgo sends the customer the confirmation email to the address provided. That email, with its reference number, is proof of the booking.

Outside the website (phone, WhatsApp or email), the date will be reserved when CityFurgo expressly confirms the booking and, where so established, the customer has paid the amount indicated as a deposit or advance payment. A simple quote request does not in itself constitute a booking.

CityFurgo may contact the customer if, for justified reasons, it is unable to provide the service on the booked date and time, and will offer an alternative or cancellation at no cost.

8. Advance payments and payments

Where the quote establishes an advance payment, it must be paid before the date indicated in order to confirm the booking.

The remaining amount must be paid in the manner and at the time established in the quote.

CityFurgo may accept, depending on availability:

  • Card.
  • Bank transfer.
  • Payment via a payment link.
  • Cash, where legally permitted.
  • Other methods indicated in the quote.

The available payment methods will be communicated to the customer before contracting.

9. Non-payment

Where the customer fails to make a payment that is due, CityFurgo may suspend or not start those services whose performance depends on that payment, always within the limits established by applicable legislation.

Collection costs and the consequences of non-payment will be governed by applicable regulations.

10. Changes to the service

Any change requested by the customer may involve a change in price.

Where the change substantially affects the service, CityFurgo may issue a new quote or request express acceptance of the new price before continuing.

11. Cancellation by the customer

The specific conditions for cancellation, refund of advance payments and possible costs will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation.

In any case, the conditions applicable to consumers will respect the rights recognised by consumer regulations. See the booking cancellation and change policy.

12. Right of withdrawal

Where there is a legal right of withdrawal, consumers may exercise it under the terms established by applicable regulations.

However, there are exceptions and specific rules for certain services and situations, so the right of withdrawal will be determined according to the specific characteristics of the contract.

Where the consumer expressly requests that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends, the legally established consequences will apply.

13. Provision of the service

Where this falls to the customer, the customer must have the necessary authorisations before the service begins.

19. Data provided by the customer
