The price is calculated by the hour. The hourly rate depends on the day of the week and the time the service starts, and ranges from €34 to €42 plus VAT (from €41.14/hour VAT included). All rates are published in the price calendar on the website: choose a day and time, see the price and get your estimate instantly. We confirm the final details with you before doing the job.

With the “transport only” option, yes: the amount is for the hours you've booked, at the published rate for that day and time. With the loading and unloading option, the hours are an estimate based on the size of the job. In both cases, if more time is needed than planned, you're charged for the hours actually worked and we let you know before going over.

Yes. All prices shown on the website include VAT (21%), as required for prices aimed at consumers. The invoice will show the taxable base and the tax separately.

You immediately receive a confirmation email at the address you gave, with the reference number and all the details of the service. The date and time are reserved: you don't need to do anything else. If you need to change or cancel anything, reply to that email or call us on 674 254 744.
